What You'll Do:
- Manage multi-entity payroll processing and administration
- Handle accounts payable operations and vendor relationships
- Perform bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month/year-end support
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements
- Support executive leadership with financial reporting and analysis
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- 3+ years experience in payroll, AP, or bookkeeping
- Healthcare/multi-entity experience a plus
- Proficient in Excel, accounting software, and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
