Diamond Braces, HQ in Englewood, NJ, is seeking a motivated Bookkeeper to join our team. You will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day financial operations while collaborating with our finance and operations teams.
In this role you will process high volumes of invoices, maintain Quick Books Online records, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close. This is a full-time, in-person position offering 401(k) with company match, PTO and paid holidays.
