IVI RMA North America, a leading network of state‑of‑the‑art fertility clinics, is seeking a Temporary Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator for our Englewood, NJ office. This full‑time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am–3:00pm with a Sunday and holiday rotation in Basking Ridge and is ideal for a compassionate, organized, and customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will create a welcoming experience, coordinate visits, support clinical teams, and ensure seamless front‑office operations. - Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors.
- Comforts patients by anticipating their anxieties and answering their questions.
- Follows provider appointment templates and guides patients through their visit.
- Assesses schedule conflicts and proposes solutions.
- Collects payments as required; works with Finance to ensure all insurance information is entered and up to date.
- Works closely with the patient’s care team to coordinate total patient care.
- Processes medical records requests.
- Handles administrative tasks such as filing, sorting faxes, and answering phones.
- Schedules and confirms appointments.
- Works with other departments to keep the office in excellent condition.
- Supports the office by ordering supplies and maintaining the front desk and waiting room areas.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) – required
- Associate’s degree – a plus
- Area:
Administrative Management or related field
- 1+ years practical experience in a similar position
- Experience in a patient‑facing role – preferred
- Experience working in the medical/healthcare industry
- 2+ years practical experience in a customer service setting
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office). Keyboard skills of 25 words per minute required. Experience with medical office software (EMR) preferred.
