Job Summary

Provide front desk and administrative support for the Shirvan Family Live Well Center. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, managing registrations, supporting daily office operations, preparing program spaces, and coordinating communication with community organizations. The Receptionist helps ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for participants, staff, and visitors.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of two (2) years of administrative or customer service work experience preferred
  • Excellent communications skills (oral and written) a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to courteously interact with callers and visitors
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills a plus
  • Personal or professional interest in cooking, nutrition, meal prep or fitness a plus
  • Possess a charismatic personality and the ability to interact with the community
  • Must have an active driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual:
    Spanish fluency a plus
Education Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED required
  • Associate's degree or relevant administrative training preferred
