In-Office Commercial Construction Project Manager
The In-Office Commercial Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects move efficiently through each phase.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and experienced in commercial construction operations. Strong organizational and problem solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment.
This is a hands on, full time in-office leadership role for someone who understands construction workflows, project execution, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial construction projects from start through completion
- Coordinate timelines, subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
- Track project progress, budgets, and operational workflow
- Utilize takeoff software for project planning and estimating
- Manage documentation, reporting, and project organization
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to quality standards
- Monitor and resolve project issues proactively
Qualifications:
- Prior commercial construction project management experience required
- Strong proficiency with takeoff software required
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving capabilities
