Estimator - Construction / Masonry Englewood, NJ (Full-Time, In Office) Salary: $85K-$110K DOE
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our masonry and construction team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction estimating.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and masonry projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to develop bids
- Utilize estimating software and tools, including Bluebeam
, for takeoffs and calculations - Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation
- Proven experience as a construction estimator (
masonry experience a major plus
) - Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office, Bluebeam etc.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time in the office and manage multiple projects
