Location:
Englewood, NJ. Job Type: Full-Time. Compensation: $20 TO $22 Per Hour (depending on Experience).
- Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying floral orders (phone, email, and in-person)
- Provide excellent service during high-volume periods such as holidays and special occasions
- Review Ecommerce orders prior to printing for production
- Maintain updated knowledge of our floral offerings, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Prior experience in floral customer service or flower order processing (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Proficient with basic computer systems and POS/order management tools
- Full-time position with consistent hours (one weekend day and holidays required)
