QUALIFICATIONS:
* New Jersey Administrator Certificate:
Principal
* Hold a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
* Have a minimum of three (3) years administrative experience as a Principal, Assistant Principal or Central Office Administrator
* Have a minimum of five (5) years teaching experience at the middle school level (grades 7-8)
* Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organizational skills and have the ability to motivate stakeholders
* Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of curriculum development and program evaluation, instructional practices and strategies and assessments
* Proficient in use of technology and educational software applications
