Responsibilities
- Work with faculty to support students throughout the instructional day
- Provide a caring and safe classroom experience for students.
- Model mindful language, compassion and leadership.
- Perform additional teaching duties as assigned.
- Follow any plans or units of instruction as indicated by classroom faculty Essential Qualifications.
- At least two years of paid classroom experience working with children (ages 2–5 preferred.)
- Able to work a minimum of standard business hours Monday–Friday.
- Must demonstrate a deep respect for childhood and excitement for being a leader in teaching and learning.
- Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
- Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education a plus.
