Acquisitions Analyst

Rapidly growing family office in New Jersey with a very diverse portfolio is looking to add to their investment team as they experience tremendous growth.

• Conduct due diligence on portfolios, including property valuation, assessment of redemption likelihood and potential foreclosure outcomes across multiple states
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate expected yields, returns, and risk across individual and bulk portfolio acquisitions.
• Analyze high-value opportunities and strategy considerations ahead of sales.
• Perform property-level research to identify red flags
• Track portfolio performance, redemption timelines, and key deadlines, maintaining accurate records across internal systems and databases.
• Collaborate with finance and asset management teams to build forecasted vs actual models across our portfolio acquisitions

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, finance, accounting, economics or other relevant business discipline
• Minimum two years of financial analysis, valuations, acquisitions or commercial real estate experience
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
