We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in a specialized healthcare environment. This role involves providing exceptional care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill neonates.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to families of neonatal patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a neonatal intensive care unit.
- Current New Jersey RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
