Staffing Assistant Bed Controller Nights

Provides support to the Manager of Resource Allocation and Patient Placement, Nurse Manager/Nursing Administrative Supervisors in the following roles:

• Staffing Coordinator facilitates staffing of clinical areas and documentation of the allocation of resources.
• Bed Controller facilitates patient throughput/bed assignments for admitted patients and inter-hospital transfers.

Shift: Nights, 11:00pm-7:00am

• Strong communication skills; able to multi-task; proactive; good problem solving; knowledge in advanced computer skills, Word, Excel, etc.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in staffing and healthcare clerical preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
