Salary: $50K-$60K Depends on your experience

9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday/ Overtime may occur depending on workload.

• Checking the vessel & operating status and movements.
• Preparing and sending voyage instructions and appointments with port agents.
• Invoicing freight to charterers and arranging remittance to port agents, etc.
• Communicate with vessel captains and port agents via telephone and e-mail regarding voyages.
• Arrange fuel and lubricant supply to vessels.
• Assist with crew arrangements.
• Responding to urgent issues as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel etc.)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a business level
• Logistics coordinator or related experience
• Must be able to commute to the office and work regular office hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
• Must be able to respond to urgent matters as needed
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States without any visa sponsorship (this position does not offer visa sponsorship)

• Prior experience as a Cargo Vessel Operator is strongly preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred.
• Work experience at a Japanese company is highly preferred.
