Senior Housekeeper

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly polished Senior Housekeeper to join the private service team supporting the family and their residence. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, organization, and discretion throughout the residence. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury private homes, hotels, or other high-end environments and possesses an exceptional eye for detail.

This role requires a hands-on professional who is knowledgeable in the proper care of fine furnishings, luxury finishes, artwork, linens, wardrobe, and other valuable household items. The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet, highly organized, and comfortable operating within a sophisticated private-service environment.

• Prior experience in a similar position with verifiable references.
• Professional demeanor and appearance with a positive, pleasant personality.
• Sound knowledge on proper care protocols with the ability to care for antiques, artwork, crystal, fine china, silver, brass, marble, fine linens, and cookware, etc.
• Flexible and able to accommodate changes in plans/routine with ease.
• Hard working; meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
• Discreet and respectful of principals' privacy; willing to sign a confidentiality agreement.
• Long term intent.
• Able to communicate effectively and readily with managers and principals.
• Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation of any limitations you may have to performing those essential functions.
• Willing to perform any other duties as may be requested.
• Able to work legally in the United States.
• Possess a valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record; can be insured at no material increment in cost.

Part-time, three days per week

The family is prepared to offer $55-$65 an hour and bonus opportunities
