Role Overview
Englewood, NJ (Hybrid – In Office 3 Days per Week)
One River School of Art + Design is seeking a detail‑oriented, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support national and local marketing initiatives across our growing network of schools.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast‑moving, creative environment and enjoys balancing strategy, execution, and production.
Key Responsibilities Field Marketing & Communications- Distributes monthly field marketing communications, ensuring schools receive clear, timely, and actionable updates.
- Serve as a liaison between local schools and the national marketing team.
- Coordinate partnerships and promotions between schools and national initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics and create promotional materials.
- Create branded marketing assets (graphics, videos, emails, flyers, postcards, digital ads, etc.).
- Assist in the development, execution, and deployment of email marketing campaigns.
- Schedule emails, manage lists, and perform basic performance tracking.
- Support social media content development and deployment across national and local channels.
- Coordinate content calendars and assist with posting, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
- Coordinate review and approval of marketing assets, including email, social, digital, and print materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all materials before deployment.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and version control.
- Support marketing recap meetings, including preparing agendas, notes, and action items.
- Assist with follow‑ups to ensure projects stay on track.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest in education, art, or creative industries is a plus.
- Competitive salary ($55k–$65k per annum).
