The Advance Practice Nurse is an expert clinician and patient advocate in a particular specialty or subspecialty of nursing practice. The Advance Practice Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning health promotion and preventive care within this specialized area of practice which includes breast health, breast diseases and breast malignancies, according to established joint nursing/medical protocols. In addition to direct practice, the sub-roles of the Advance Practice Nurse role include education, research and consultation.

The Advance Practice Nurse is involved in indirect practice activities with the goal of improving the quality of care across the continuum of care.

• Master's Degree required

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. Minimum compensation: $55.00 - $75.00 Hourly
