• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
• Administer medications and provide patient education on treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families throughout treatment.

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
