Administrative Nurse Supervisor PD

Job Summary:

The Administrative Nurse Supervisor directs, coordinates and evaluates the standard of care provided during evening and night shifts on assigned units/department to ensure competent nursing care and organizational efficiency. Plans, directs and coordinates the operations of the Department of Nursing and manages staff for optimum performance.

2 years of Nursing Managerial experience required.

Current NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS required. Specialty Certification required.
