Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of precision machined components and pump asse - mblies
Dimensional inspection using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and indi - cators
Program and operate CMM equipment for complex part verifi - cation
Complete first article inspections on new and repaired comp
onents
Quality Systems & Docume
- ntation
Interpret engineering drawings and apply G - D&TMaintain inspection records within the ISO quality
- system
Write non-conformance reports and support root cause and corrective - action
Support government source inspections and customer - audits
Maintain the gauge calibration
program
Cross-Functio
- nal Work Work with machinists, assemblers, and engineering to resolve qualit
- y issues
Support disposition of non-conforming - material
Perform receiving inspection on suppli
er parts
Required Quali
- fications
5+ years of quality inspection in a precision machining or manufacturing e - nvironmentCMM experience (programming strongly
- preferred)
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T p - roficiency
Hands-on with precision measurement i - nstruments
Experience working within ISO 9001 quality systems; military or government spec experie - nce a plus
Pump or rotating equipment component experience - preferred
Comfortable in a machine shop e - p;
