Overview

Now Hiring Machine Technician

Location: Englewood, OH

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 8:50 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience setting up and operating production presses
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Good math and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to troubleshoot production equipment
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Job Duties
  • Set up, operate, and maintain progressive die presses and production equipment
  • Monitor daily production to ensure quality and efficiency goals are met
  • Inspect parts for burrs, slug marks, and other quality defects
  • Maintain proper fluid and cleaning agent levels in washing tanks
  • Troubleshoot automated inspection equipment and restart production as needed
  • Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
  • Maintain accurate production standards while meeting daily output goals
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned
