** _Responsibilities:_*
* +  _Oversee daily operations of the team - makes sure all tasks are performed by team members and production quotas are met_

+  _Coach team members as needed_

+  _Assist with training new operators_

+  _Safely operate chemical production equipment_

+  _Manually mix chemical ingredients_

+  _Monitor chemical processes_

+  _Ensure products meet quality standards_

+  _Perform routine equipment inspections_

+  _Record production data_

** _Requirements:_*
* +  _High school diploma or equivalent_

+  _3+ years of chemical operation experience_

+  _Able to work flexible schedule_
