Job Duties- Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools and equipment, positioning parts with templates, work instructions, or measurement tools.
- Inspect and verify specifications by measuring completed components, and perform sub-assembly operations according to established procedures.
- Maintain workmanship standards, quality requirements, and material handling procedures.
- Complete production documentation accurately, and work according to production schedules and performance standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards, and contribute to team objectives and other production tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English required.
- One to two years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Soldering experience on cable assemblies or circuit boards, and IPC certification, are a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Ability to use basic hand tools, with basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Ability to sit and/or stand at a workstation for prolonged periods.
- Frequent use of hands for assembly and fine motor tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

As a Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.
A Assembler supports manufacturing by assembling finished products through skilled workmanship, careful inspection, and attention to quality throughout the production process. This position combines technical assembly skills with mechanical aptitude and professionalism.
The Assembler requires strong organizational ability, manual dexterity, and the ability to interpret assembly documentation while maintaining production quality and workplace safety. Successful candidates contribute directly to efficient manufacturing operations.
