American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step-Down/Telemetry position requiring Epic proficiency, telemetry strip interpretation, and the ability to float across multiple campuses.
Requirements- Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- IV Start and Telemetry certifications required
- Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips
- Epic EMR experience required
- Step-down or telemetry nursing experience required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Hospital step-down unit with a surgical and telemetry patient population
- 39-bed unit with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5
- Epic EMR experience required
- IV starts and telemetry monitoring are core components of the role
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
- Floating required across multiple campuses, all within 15 miles of the main campus
- 13-week contract
- Travelers are not eligible for Premier Health Employee incentive programs
- Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice
