• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and document health status changes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants and other staff.
• Ensure proper documentation of resident care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Uphold facility policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
• Strong customer‑service skills.
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Serious applicants only.
• Interest in working with geriatric population.
