Twin Resources is partnering with a manufacturing company in the Northwest Dayton area to hire a hands-on Machine Maintenance Technician
. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and keeping production running, this is a solid opportunity to step into a critical role.

This position is 80% PMs and 20% repair work.

• Diagnose mechanical issues by observing equipment and identifying root causes
• Perform repairs on motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and production equipment
• Handle electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance (PMs) to minimize downtime
• Disassemble and rebuild equipment, replacing defective parts
• Use shop equipment like lathes, drill presses, and grinders
• Test and validate machine performance after repairs

• 1–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical + basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with hand tools and metalworking equipment
• Preventative maintenance experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Maintenance apprenticeship or technical training = strong plus
