- Provides project leadership to establish project strategies, plans and construction execution philosophy
- Performs the review and acceptance of the contractor's construction schedule and budget
- Ensures contract changes are in accordance with requirements
- Ensures safety, health and environmental regulations and permit requirements are adhered to by employees and contractors
- Expedites engineering and procurement to support construction
- Leads construction closeout, including preparation of data books, project completion reports, and lessons learned
- Develops an enterprise construction quality program
- Ensures compliance with the inspector qualification program, contract permits, and stipulations
- Mentors others
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of twelve (12) years’ related experience on small to mega projects including a minimum seven (7) years on large to mega projects in the oil & gas or related industries
- Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
- Must be willing to carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed
- Must be willing to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time
- Must be willing to work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
- Must be willing to use hand tools
- Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Preferred:

Experience in process facility construction or pipeline construction - Up to 75% travel
Demonstrates extensive project leadership in construction execution, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Proficient in managing large-scale projects in the oil & gas industry while mentoring team members and maintaining high-quality standards.
