Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $18/hour

Experience: Previous administrative, customer service, or related experience preferred.

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Description:

  • Answer customer calls, emails, and messages.
  • Provide information about products, services, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
  • Dispatch service and emergency calls to managers.
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
  • Follow up on service requests and elevate issues when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Assist with special projects and other assigned duties.
