Job Description

- Employed position with above-market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume) 270k-280k base + up to 20% of base. This is based on meeting metrics
- Outpatient primary care responsibilities only

- Salary Range: $115k-125k
- Bonus Structure: 10% bonus on yearly salary

- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- In-Office Medical Procedures:
Suturing:Proficiency in suturing for minor wound closures.
Joint Injections:Competence in administering joint injections for pain management.
Skin Biopsies:Capability to perform skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes.
Wound Care:Ability to manage and provide comprehensive wound care.
Preventive Screenings:Capability to conduct and interpret preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients. - Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- Have an active, non-probationary state medical license
- Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centricorientation
- Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
- Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medicallyunderserved
