Interventional Cardiologist

This community-focused regional health system in Enid, Oklahoma is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for locum tenens support 1-2 weeks per month. The incoming clinician will provide 24-hour call coverage, managing inpatient hospital care and clinic responsibilities for adult patients. Responsibilities include managing 10-15 patients per day and performing a full range of interventional procedures such as PTCA stents, cardiac catheterizations, and echocardiograms.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage with both inpatient and clinic responsibilities
• Manage 10-15 patients per day in the hospital setting
• Perform procedures including PTCA stents, cardiac catheterizations, echocardiograms, stress tests, EKGs, and peripheral procedures
• Perform 1-2 procedures in the cardiac laboratory on procedure days
