Distance Learning Lead Night Tech

Job Description:

This position is responsible for monitoring and assisting night facilitators and professors. Temporary Non-Exempt Employee, located on the Enid Campus, up to 29 hours a week

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist night facilitators and instructors as needed
- Copying and emailing tests and classroom materials as needed
- Distribute materials for remote instructors
- Troubleshoot technical problems for Zoom classrooms
- Report equipment problems to the Distance Learning Coordinator
- Answer phones

Qualifications:

No experience is required. A working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office will be helpful. Must be willing to learn to work with technology. Good Communication Skills. Personal characteristics include having a positive attitude with students and Instructors. A dedication to honesty, integrity when dealing with tests, materials, and obstacles caused by technological problems.
