Oklahoma Military Department is seeking a Residential Advisor-7 to monitor and supervise 35 to 45 youth in the Job Challenge program, ensuring safety and discipline in a disciplined, quasi-military setting. The role includes mentoring cadets, conducting first line counseling, and leading Drill and Ceremony and group living skills.
Qualifications require a High School diploma or GED; military background is preferred but not required, with the ability to obtain a CDL.
