Job Overview
At Cumming Group, you will work on high-profile data center construction projects in Tulsa, OK, supporting Project Managers with detailed, high‑level schedules. The role requires deep expertise in Primavera P6, 4D/5D modeling, and forensic scheduling analysis in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail for proposed and ongoing projects.
- Develop, monitor, provide status updates, and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.
- Lead project managers, design teams, and contractors on monthly progress of work and monthly progress reports.
- Develop and maintain project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative), 4D/5D models, and risk management plans.
- Manage the development of critical monthly progress reports, forensic scheduling analysis, and schedule validation.
- Participate in design verifications, construction site walks, and provide guidance on design, client concerns, and code issues.
- Contribute to scope control, change management, and associated cost and scheduling implications, escalating when appropriate.
- Mentor Scheduler I & Scheduler II team members.
- Attend work during normal business hours and perform other duties as assigned.
- 5–7 years of experience in project scheduling or as a project engineer.
- Expertise in Primavera P6, 4D/5D modeling, and forensic scheduling analysis.
- Experience with forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects independently.
- Ability to develop high‑level logic‑driven schedules and perform detailed cost and schedule analyses.
- Knowledge of Pre‑ and Post‑Construction cost audits, valuations, and comparative cost analyses.
- Experience with estimate validation and adjustments.
- Understanding of project document control.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong collaboration, relationship building, and self‑development mindset.
- Ability to exercise creativity and resourcefulness in managing the project within compressed time frames.
- B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Preferred certifications: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT, MRICS.
Base salary range: $ – $ per year. Range reflects base salary only and may vary based on experience and qualifications.
