Energy Transfer - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance on rotating equipment including PD plunger pumps, overhung centrifugal booster pumps, vertical process can pumps and multi-stage centrifugal mainline pumps;
Provide preventive maintenance on the above mentioned equipment on a scheduled basis;
Set new equipment and commission pump packages including laser alignment and baseline vibration readings;
Assist in determining root cause failure analysis on rotating equipment;
Take scheduled vibration analysis on equipment and forward data to Sr Manager of Rotating Equipment
