Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity in Shared Services FP&A for a Senior Finance Manager role. The successful candidate will help lead the development and execution of the financial planning, reporting and analysis of the Human Resources organization. This position will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the financial planning and analysis functions by coordinating the operating expense planning and reporting process, providing guidance on financial strategy, managing business cases and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives.

This role will also be a key participant and leader in our FP&A Modernization effort, working alongside others in this department and across the organization to deliver meaningful progress on our multi‑year strategy to enhance our capabilities.
- Lead the process for developing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, along with long‑term expense projections based on analysis and organizational strategy.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to evaluate the financial impact of various business scenarios and help guide strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis and key insights to Finance leadership and stakeholders, highlighting areas of opportunity and risk.
- Lead special projects and ad‑hoc analyses as required by leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
- Lead a team of 3.
- 7+ years in finance planning and reporting.
- 3+ years of leadership experience directly or indirectly managing a team.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work across business units within a complex organization.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills, including an owner’s mindset for tackling challenges.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred.
The typical pay range for this role is $82,940.00 – $. This is the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CBS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
