A well-established financial services organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its team in Oklahoma City Metro. This role will play a key part in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, profitability analysis, treasury support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with leadership to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and scenario planning
- Analyze financial performance and provide variance reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations
- Partner with leaders across the organization to support profitability, growth, and cost management initiatives
- Support pricing and profitability modeling across the organization
- Analyze capital, equity positioning, and interest rate risk
- Provide support for loan pricing activities
- Assist with Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) reporting and analysis
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Assist with financial statements and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure consistency between management and GAAP reporting
- Support accounting policy documentation and internal control initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, banking finance, treasury, accounting, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- CPA or CFA designation preferred but not required
