• Assume responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Float to other units as required and participate in on call status.
• Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact.
• Perform assessment/re-assessments, develop and implement the plan of care, and evaluate patient care interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non‑licensed personnel, provide guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students as appropriate.
• Report to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.
• Meet physical demand and respiratory fit test requirements and follow standard precautions for exposure to infections, blood, body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals.

• RN (Registered Nurse) current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire – Hospice Only:
  Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association required in lieu of BLS.
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill.
• Valid driver's license in the state where employed and proof of current automobile liability insurance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

• Hospice only: CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse).

This position requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS‑owned vehicle or personal vehicle (non‑INTEGRIS‑owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
