This is a full-time, on-site role based in Enid, OK, for a Hospice Field Registered Nurse (RN). The Hospice Field RN will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families in a hospice setting. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, pain and symptom management, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The RN will ensure the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of the patients are met through direct patient care and coordination of services.

• Expertise in Nursing and Home Care practices
• Comprehensive knowledge in Medicine and Palliative Care approaches
• Experience providing Direct Patient Care in hospice or similar healthcare settings
• Active and valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide empathetic and respectful care
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to travel to patient residences within the Enid, OK area
• Previous hospice or end-of-life care experience is preferred
