As a CRAFT Performance Dietitian, you’ll directly support U.S. Air Force aircrew, helping pilots and flight personnel stay mentally sharp, physically resilient, and mission-ready. Your expertise will influence performance in high-stakes, real-world aviation environments—where nutrition can make the difference between good and elite.

What You’ll Do- Deliver individualized and group-based nutrition strategies tailored to aircrew demands
- Design fueling plans for endurance, focus, and fatigue management
- Build and deliver engaging nutrition content within Human Performance training programs
- Embed within squadrons (20% of your time) to build trust and drive real-world impact
- Conduct nutritional assessments and document in military health systems
- Maintain accurate, compliant records within required timelines
- Partner with multidisciplinary performance teams to optimize return-to-fly and readiness outcomes
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an ACEND-accredited program
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or RDN credential
- Minimum 2 years of full-time dietitian experience
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Ability to obtain a Tier 3 (T3) security clearance
- Willingness to complete the CRAFT Dietetics Qualification Course upon hire
- Experience working with military populations or high-performance teams
