Registered Dietitians (RD/RDN) – Fuel Elite Air Force Performance

Location: Vance Air Force Base - Enid, Oklahoma

Make Your Impact Where It Matters Most

This isn’t your typical dietitian role.

As a CRAFT Performance Dietitian, you’ll directly support U.S. Air Force aircrew, helping pilots and flight personnel stay mentally sharp, physically resilient, and mission-ready. Your expertise will influence performance in high-stakes, real-world aviation environments—where nutrition can make the difference between good and elite.

Why You’ll Love This Role
Mission-Driven Work

Play a direct role in enhancing the cognitive and physical performance of Air Force pilots and aircrew.

Collaborate daily with Cognitive Performance Coaches, Strength Coaches, and Physical Therapists in a fully integrated human performance team.

Work-Life Balance

Predictable weekday schedule with no weekends or federal holidays.

Dynamic Work Setting

Spend time inside and outside the clinic—including flight lines and squadron environments—working directly with aircrew.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver individualized and group-based nutrition strategies tailored to aircrew demands
  • Design fueling plans for endurance, focus, and fatigue management
  • Build and deliver engaging nutrition content within Human Performance training programs
Operational Integration
  • Embed within squadrons (20% of your time) to build trust and drive real-world impact
Clinical & Data Management
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and document in military health systems
  • Maintain accurate, compliant records within required timelines
  • Partner with multidisciplinary performance teams to optimize return-to-fly and readiness outcomes
What You Bring

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an ACEND-accredited program
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or RDN credential
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time dietitian experience
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Ability to obtain a Tier 3 (T3) security clearance
  • Willingness to complete the CRAFT Dietetics Qualification Course upon hire
Preferred:
  • Experience working with military populations or high-performance teams
The Bigger Picture

You’re not just giving nutrition advice—you’re helping fuel missions, sharpen focus, and enhance national defense readiness
.

If you’re ready to take your dietetics career beyond the clinic and into a high-performance, mission-critical environment, this is your opportunity.
