Location:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with willingness to modify schedule once or twice a month to support off shifts. 100% onsite at Lincoln, NE.

The ideal candidate to be considered for hire should be a go‑getter who takes initiative to get things done.

• Manage day‑to‑day employee relations and HR related questions leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model.
• Facilitate HR system processes and maintain data accuracy through local support and counsel.
• Lead and support employee engagement activities.
• Create clear, concise, and professional communication material for the HR Department including flyers, text messages, and emails.
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities; lead and own administrative processes within the HR department.

• Bachelor's degree preferred;
  Associate’s degree required.
• Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, drive for results, effective planning and prioritization.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects from start to finish.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environment.
• Can demonstrate sound judgment in social settings.
• Previous work in a fast‑paced environment is a plus.
