Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise‑level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot our POS software problems and help our customers with their support queries. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for merchant’s support queries
  • Support on email / phone calls / Google Meets to give clients quick answers
  • Online meetings with merchants to diagnose software issues, provide product tech demonstration and install and configure merchant’s POS device
  • Merchant onboarding and product online training. Ability to work in a 24
    * 7 support environment
  • Willing to travel to client side for troubleshooting, if needed
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
  • Proven work experience of 0-3 years as an application support / technical support role; ability to solve complex application/software issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
