Position Summary:
The Information Governance & Privacy Office (IGPO) is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Aetna Privacy team. This role focuses on privacy compliance, documentation, and incident investigations.
- Investigate privacy incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on privacy compliance
- Support responses to regulatory and customer inquiries or complaints
- Review business processes and recommend improvements
- Answer privacy-related questions across the organization
- Consult with legal teams when needed
- Assist with special projects
- 3+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or related field
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and governance standards
- Familiarity with laws such as HIPAA, state privacy laws, and insurance regulations
- Microsoft Office experience (1+ year)
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage high-priority projects
- Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPT, CIPM) are a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Pay Range$46,988.00 - $ (base salary; actual offer based on experience, education, geography, etc.)
