Head of Aquatics Operations

A national youth organization in Enid, Oklahoma, is seeking a manager for their aquatic facility. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure all aquatic safety protocols are followed. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in supervisory roles and applicable certifications. This position involves hiring and training lifeguards and swim instructors, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Training for CPR and First Aid will be provided if required.
