Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Enid, OK. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring they are well-maintained and financial goals are met. Responsibilities include tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing budgets, handling rental contracts and renewals, and ensuring properties comply with local regulations. Additionally, the Property Manager will collaborate with various departments to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management and Tenant Relations
• Skills in Budgeting, Financial Management, and Rent Collection
• LIHTC experience preferred
• Knowledge of Local Regulations and Compliance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
