Senior Instructional Systems Specialist

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a Supervisory Project Manager to oversee contract staff and manage project execution within their assigned areas of responsibility. This key position will ensure all projects are completed on schedule, meet stakeholder expectations, and align with contractual requirements. The Supervisory Project Manager will lead project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting activities while maintaining strong communication with government stakeholders and internal teams.

• At least 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality work

The selected candidate must meet all DHS/CBP security, privacy, facility‑access, and background‑investigation requirements. This may include CBP suitability processing, mandatory privacy/security training, and adherence to DHS safeguarding requirements for sensitive information.
