We are a leading, sustainability-focused FMCG manufacturer seeking a dependable Stock Controller to join our production facility. Working closely within our Further Processing department, you will play a critical role in tracking inventory movement across the production floor, ensuring total data integrity, and helping our planning teams stay perfectly aligned with demand.

Key Responsibilities:Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, your day-to-day duties will include:
Inventory Counting: Performing regular, accurate stock counts across the factory floor to ensure internal factory system data matches physical inventory.
Stock Integrity & Rotation: Monitoring stock levels and product rotation closely, proactively highlighting any potential stock issues or discrepancies to planners and production managers.
System Reporting: Conducting thorough validation checks on system-generated stock reports post-count to guarantee their precision for the wider business network.
Targeted Product Tracking: Supporting sales and operations by executing additional tracking metrics for specific products during promotional or high-demand windows.
Compliance & Paperwork: Ensuring all stock transactions, inventory adjustments, and accompanying logs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
The Ideal Candidate (Requirements & Experience):Experience: Previous operational experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred (food processing or FMCG background is a major advantage).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to counting, checking data, and spotting anomalies on fast-moving production lines.
Teamwork & Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability, with the ability to collaborate smoothly with Line Leaders, Area Leaders, and Quality teams.
Safety & Hygiene Mindset: Successful completion of—or a strong willingness to undertake—training in Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 Health & Safety Awareness.
Proactive Attitude: Confident in identifying operational hazards or inventory bottlenecks and communicating them directly to management.
