Katy's Pantry in Enid, OK is looking for one baker with experience rolling out pie dough and hand fluting pie crust to join our 17 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ROLLING OUT AND HAND FLUTING PIE CRUST
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker a plus (including a home baker)
