Position Summary

Food Production - Sanitation Operator (PR05 – Full Time) – Enid, OK 73701. Position starts at $19.90/hr with a .85 shift differential.

Operate and disassemble equipment such as blenders, cookers, fryers, mixers, and packing machines. Clean and sanitize work areas and set up equipment for inspection at start‑up while adhering to food safety practices and company policies.

• Willing and able to inspect and monitor product.
• Willing and able to disassemble equipment for cleaning, sanitizing work areas, and setting up equipment for inspection and start‑up.
• Willing and able to break down and set up equipment when needed.
• Willing and able to clean assigned equipment safely and accurately using high‑pressure hoses.
• Willing and able to use chemical cleaners to foam and clean all areas of production.
• Willing and able to examine machine parts for excessive wear.
• Willing and able to prepare equipment and machines for reassembly after cleaning.
• Willing and able to ensure guards removed are properly replaced after cleaning.
• Willing and able to follow procedures to meet USDA and Quality Control regulations.
• Willing and able to coordinate with other departments to optimize non‑running time and maintain equipment.
• Willing and able to wear personal protective equipment as required and in accordance with GMP/company standards.
• Willing and able to ensure safe use of tools and equipment; keep hand tools free of defects.
• Willing and able to maintain a neat and orderly work area, including proper storage and disposal of solvents, paints, and other cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and company policy.
• Willing and able to perform lock‑out tag‑out responsibilities, fall protection, and confined space training.
• Willing and able to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification.
• Willing and able to perform any other work as assigned by supervisor.
• Willing and able to push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly or more if required.
• Willing and able to stand and walk on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day.
• Willing and able to work in cold/hot temperatures ranging 45-100°F.
• Willing and able to perform repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, gripping, pushing, and pulling.
• Willing and able to reach high and low levels frequently.
• Willing and able to climb step ladders and/or stairs.
• Willing and able to work overtime and weekends.
