Garland Road Nursing & Rehab Center in Enid, OK is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team at a long‑term and rehabilitative care facility.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Garland Road Nursing & Rehab Center, you will work a 12‑hour night shift, providing residents with personal care, assisting the charge nurse, and delivering exceptional service as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort consistent with community policy.
- Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
- Advise the supervising charge nurse of resident’s status at the beginning and end of shift.
- Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
- Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
- Comply with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
- Be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
- Ensure that equipment is clean and functional.
- Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- State certification as a nursing assistant
- Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant
