Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 12 Hour Night Shift

Garland Road Nursing & Rehab Center located in Enid, OK is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. This position provides comprehensive personal care and support to residents in a long‑term and rehabilitative care setting.

As a CNA at Garland Road Nursing & Rehab Center you will work an 8‑hour shift, assist the charge nurse, and provide exceptional service to residents. You will be part of a multi‑disciplinary team that is recognized for its achievements and contributions.

The role is part of a mission to deliver superior clinical care, rehabilitation, and supportive services that meet the wants, needs and expectations of patients and residents.

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise supervising charge nurse of residents’ status at the beginning and end of shift.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions/needs to resident care plans.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
• Comply with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.
• Ensure that equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
