Licensed Practical Nurse – Agency: 452 MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERV.
Job OverviewThe Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) seeks highly skilled nurses to join multidisciplinary teams providing trauma‑sensitive, co‑occurring, person‑centered, recovery‑oriented care to high‑risk individuals in the metro area. The role involves direct or indirect professional nursing services for crisis services, including assessments, planning, interventions, evaluations, health education, case management, and administration of medications and treatments prescribed by licensed physicians.
Job Type & Schedule- Full‑time position – four 10‑hour shifts per week; days will vary.
- Shifts:
Evening (2:00 PM–12:00 AM) and Night (9:00 PM–7:00 AM). - Annual salary $50,500.00–$60,000.00 plus holiday and shift differentials.
- State employee benefits allowance covers health, dental, and vision insurance for the employee and family at no additional cost.
- FLSA Status:
Non‑Exempt. - Open until filled.
- LPN III – Valid permanent Oklahoma license and at least two years of practical nursing experience; or eNLC license with two years of experience.
- LPN II – Valid license and one year of experience; or eNLC license with one year of experience.
- LPN I – Valid license or eNLC license with no required experience (entry level).
Applicants must be physically able to lift or carry 50 lbs and push or pull a maximum force of 25 lbs.
Applicants for safety‑sensitive positions will be required to undergo a urinalysis drug test; appointment contingent upon a negative result.

OCCIC provides coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week; work hours and location may vary. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
